Who processes your data

What we collect, and why
Contact form. We collect your name and email (required), and your phone, company, subject and message when you write them. We also record the address of the page the form was submitted from, so we know which request the message relates to. Purpose: answering your request. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, and your consent to the record being kept in our contact management system.
Newsletter. The email field in the footer is for invitations to openings and events. It is currently not connected to any sending service: nothing is stored when you submit it. Before that changes, this policy will be updated, and the legal basis will be your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Technical logs. Our hosting provider logs requests to the server, including IP address, date and time, and the browser used. Purpose: security and operation of the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
This site uses no analytics, advertising pixels or behavioural profiling. The cookies it does use are listed in the Cookie Policy.
Who it is shared with
- HubSpot, the contact management system where form enquiries are recorded.
- Cloudflare, hosting and delivery of the site; processes the technical logs described above.
- Google Fonts, typefaces are requested from Google servers, which receive your IP address and browser in order to serve the file.
- GitHub, authentication for the content administration area, restricted to our team. It processes no visitor data.
We do not sell or pass your data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Transfers outside the European Economic Area
HubSpot, Cloudflare and Google are companies headquartered in the United States. Processing by them may involve an international transfer of data.

How long we keep it

Your rights

Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

If you believe the processing of your data breaches the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD, at www.cnpd.pt.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page. In the event of any discrepancy between the Portuguese and English versions, the Portuguese version prevails.
