Identification
This is the website of Palazzo Xperience, the group showroom, at R. Monte do Toriz, Bloco 12, Fração B, 4805-622, Guimarães, Portugal. Contact: +351 253 578 161 and info@tigroup.pt.
[FACT REQUIRED: full registered company name, tax number (NIF), registered office, commercial registry office and registration number. Portuguese e-commerce law requires these to appear here.]
Scope
These terms govern the use of this website. By browsing it, you accept them. This site is informational: it presents the showroom, the group’s brands and their events, and lets you send an enquiry. No goods or services are sold here, there are no payments, and no page constitutes a contractual offer.
An enquiry sent through the form is a request to be contacted, not a booking or an order. Any commitment between you and Palazzo Xperience arises from a written agreement made separately from this site.
Intellectual property
The texts, photographs, videos, trade marks, logos, design and code of this site are protected and belong to Palazzo Xperience or to those who licensed them to it. You may read them and share links to the pages. You may not copy, reproduce, alter or use them commercially without written permission.
Third-party trade marks shown on the site belong to their owners and appear here to identify the brands represented in the showroom.
Content and availability
Content is published with due care, but it may contain errors or become out of date, event dates, availability and brand information change. We reserve the right to alter or remove any content at any time, without notice.
We aim to keep the site available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this site, nor for decisions taken solely on the basis of the information published here. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.
External links
This site contains links to third-party sites, including those of the other brands in the group and the mapping service used to show our address. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, practices or privacy policies. Following them places you under those sites’ own terms.
Personal data
The processing of personal data collected on this site is described in the Privacy Policy, and the cookies used in the Cookie Policy.
Complaints
Any complaint may be addressed to info@tigroup.pt.
[FACT REQUIRED: does the company supply goods or services to consumers in Portugal? If so, a visible link to the Electronic Complaints Book (livroreclamacoes.pt) is mandatory, as is identifying the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body the company is bound to. Only the company knows which applies.]
Changes, governing law and jurisdiction
These terms may change; the version published on this page, bearing the date shown above, is the one that applies. Portuguese law governs. Disputes not settled by agreement fall to the courts of the district of the company’s registered office, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
In the event of any discrepancy between the Portuguese and English versions, the Portuguese version prevails.
